Booth Reservation Terms & Conditions

I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
I confirm that I have read and understand the following:

  • I am responsible for arranging my own insurance for the Event.
  • The Event organizers are not responsible for any theft, loss, damage, or accidents.
  • If I do not have proper insurance, I accept full personal responsibility for any issues that may arise.
  • The Booking fee is final and cannot be refunded, negotiated, or transferred for any reason.

Booth Reservation

  • Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once a 100% deposit is received.

  • Payment options:

  • Once you secure your booth, you will receive a confirmation of your spot via email, text, or WhatsApp.


Payment & Refund Policy

  • To secure your spot in all shows hosted by Sikh Games Canada Society, payment must be made in advance.

  • All payments must be completed at least 30 days before the event.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in cases of emergency, which must be reported at least 10 days before the event.


Event Details & Setup

  • The event is a four day event from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Entry is FREE
  • Booth setup must be completed by 1 Day before the event.
  • Exhibitors must bring additional lighting and power extensions to highlight their products.

Acknowledgment & Liability

Insurance Requirement:

  • Exhibitors must arrange their own insurance for the event.
  • The Event organizers are not responsible for any theft, loss, damage, or accidents.
  • By participating, you acknowledge that you are personally responsible for any issues that may arise if you do not have proper insurance.

Booth Sharing Policy:

  • Sharing of booths/spots is strictly prohibited.

Fee Policy:

  • The booking fee is final, non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable for any reason.
