Welcome to Sikh Games Canada — a landmark event where passion meets purpose, and heritage meets heroism. Proudly hosted by the Surinder Lions Club, our games are a living embodiment of community spirit, cultural pride, and athletic excellence.

What started in 2008 as a local field hockey tournament has blossomed into one of the largest multicultural sporting festivals in North America, drawing over 20,000 attendees every year. It's more than a competition — it's a celebration of identity, diversity, and the values of Sikhism rooted in Seva (selfless service).

Each year, over a thrilling three-day weekend, families gather at Tamanawis Park in Surrey, British Columbia, to witness five dynamic sports, enjoy free cultural showcases, and share meals prepared with love and care. There are no gates, no barriers — just open hearts and open fields.
